well i have this problem, if i use my computer a little too long or it happens faster if i play games, my comuter just ends up crashing and then just makes this constant sound that i believe is from inside the computer; and when i pull the plug the sound stops. so i really don't know what's wrong, i think it could be too hot and it just crashes because the fan could be broken, because i can't feel anything in the back of the computer. so could someone recommend what i should do? sorry this is so long

As you suspect, the problem may be heat-related. You should open the computer and carefully blow of vacuum any dust and debris out. Be careful not to touch any of the components inside thought as some of them are delicate and most of them are very sensitive to static electricity.

If any of the cooling fans inside have broken and are not spinning, make sure they are securely plugged in and that no wires or other components are blocking them from spinning. You should also strongly consider replacing any fans that are not working.
