Crappy emitters piss me off....

So, people, I'm just pissed off. The model I've attached is just two particle emitters. I'm trying to set it as a background scene to a campaign. It has a camera, omnilight, both emitters are unshaded and unfogged. In Magos, everything is OK. I import the model and the two textures with correct paths, set the background screen to the model and it is still invisible.
