Corrupted map file

Kind of off topic, but does anyone have any ideas how to save this file if I have no backup of my own? I know that maps sometimes automatically make backups and also that there are some ways to retrieve previous versions of certain files

Not sure about automatic backups, maybe someone else can answer that, but the file you posted is just a bunch of zero bytes, can't recover anything from it.

The only backup i know of, is the WorldEditTestMap, on 1.33 found in:
C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp

But, i fear it is also corrupt.

I keep my map on Dropbox to be able to revert to another recent version, on top of resaving it with a version number ever so often.
I've needed to revert from a corrupted file (all imports being messed up) a few times, but nothing bigger than that.
