Corrupted imported texture in a campaign map

So, most of the imports I use in my campaign go into the imported files tab of the campaign itself. But some of the terrain textures I use on a map to map basis so I use the importer for that particular map. A problem has arisen because there is one texture in one of my maps that has become corrupted somehow. I cannot get into that particular map to remove or reimport it. I make backups often, but the last thing I did was rather long and tedious and would rather not lose the progress if I can avoid it. Is there a way to access the imported files of a single map in a campaign if I cannot open the map itself?

EDIT: I just bit the bullet and went back to a backup. So this is solved... sort of. Good thing I always cycle through 7 different names so each time I don't override my latest progress.
