Copying such: spells,doodads

I was wondering if u can Mass copy spells?
It takes forever to copy and paste 1 spell to another map.
click open paste copy click open paste copy etc.....

So is there any other ways?

Go to Object Editor, Abilities tab and go to File -> Export all ability settings. Same goes for doodads. Then go into your new map and go to Import instead. Notice, the imported settings will overwrite any ability/doodad data you might have customized in your map.

Should i press the box [] File - Export All Data and then make a macro for it?
