Copying all variables

hi is there a chance to copy all variables? cause i found a rpg system what i want to use on my map, but the map is to small so i want to copy all trigger and variables to my map so its work for me, i know that i can copy trigger, but how about variables? its to hard work writing all down then make it in the new map :s need help

Go to File -> preferences and enable "Automatically create unknown variables while pasting triggers" and then copy the triggers you want. All the variables they use will be created
