Converting HD (Reforged) models to SD (old ones)?

So I was wondering if there is a way to convert already existing HD model to SD one? I use older patches and hd models dont work for me, i really need this

Hi when I import the HD model to wc3 old ver, the game does not show anything, it needs to convert to SD? How to convert the HD model to SD?
