Made the model, mapped the texture with LithUnwrap, saved the UVW and applied it, un LithUnwrap, just to test if things were in the right place.

Every texture showed up fine, exactly where it should be. (teal as the roof, etc)
Now, the problem is that when I convert it with "Obj and 3dsToMdxConverter" this is what I get in the Viewer (using the very same texture, teal should be the roof):

I believe there is something wrong with the conversion, the texture mapping messed up during it.
Is there a better conversion tool, or a way to fix this problem?
