Conquering Buildings, Leveld Infantry, Ranks???

Ok so i saw this new game with almost the same concept i wanted. They day i thought of it i saw the game.. Sucks. But anyways soo the game is called Broken Alliances. Pretty much I want to load map and kinda inspect how they did some triggers and mods and all that but i cant open cause no storage?? blah. But You are able to Conquer buildings below 400 hp? how ? and also There are experience bars for Infantry not like a purple bar with level its like a spell with experince in it i dk screw that iguess i can just have the officer as a hero but model as infantry. Ummm and You were able to change your name to empire like

Well for conquering you can do
Event - A unit is attacked
Conditions - Hp of attacked unit is less than or equal to 400, and owner of attacking unit is not equal to owner of attacked unit, and unit type of attacked unit equal to building that can be conquered
Action - Change owner of attacked unit to owner of attacking unit, set life of attacked unit to 100%
