Condition. Unit is casting/channeling = true? + Spell is on CD = true?

Heya folks, easy question of mine

Basically, is there any condition that checks whether unit X is casting/channeling any spell? I cant seem to find it, but i may be blind.

Or also, condition that checks whether units spell is currently on cooldown? *


*My boss guy recently stopped casting shadow-strike based spell at all (he didnt spam it on me once for past week), this never happened to me - i have to order him by trigger to cast it. Also, any ideas what might have caused this? it was sudden change, and i still dunno what caused it.
So it would be nicer if he casted shadow strike every X seconds, but not when hes casting some other spell :/

1. Check current order of unit.
2. You might have to start a timer when a spell is cast, then check the status of the timer.

Detect begin of cast/stop. There are events for them.
