I have some BLPs that were made unofficially (not for release) and they're quite large (other icons downloaded from hive are 9-10kb, these are 50kb each and i have ~12). Whats a good way to get them down to the 9-10kb range? I tried BLP lab but it didn't affect it that much, i also tried Vexorian's but it optimized about 800kb, and i knew more than 300kb of that was script...

Are they 64x64?

You should try converting the BLP back to JPEG or TGA and then use BLP lab to convert it. Maybe they used a tool that didn't optimize it very much.

If that doesn't work, then you have to scale down the quality using either BLP Lab or Wc3viewer.

How do i scale the quality with blplab? apparently they're 128x128 and i want them to be 32x32

e/ nvm found it in Save As. Thanks! 42kb>5kb
