Really love this effect. It's great and perfect for an ability I'm working on.

I am not sure why, but it seems to vanish instantly after expiry as opposed to dissipating like other spells, I was wondering if there's a way to adjust it. If so, it would be perfect.

Nice Cloud effect. We can make a 100% miss chance in the cloud area... Poor enemies.

A really cool effect that could be used for a number of things, like a nuclear bomb, an additional effect to a thunderstorm, an additional effect to a volcano going off, there's a lot of cool things you could apply to this and makes it extremely useful!
