OR you could just use a dummy unit that will stand and channel the Cloud spell, that way you can still use all the abilities of the cloud.

You can change what effects the cloud has according to your own wishes, it can slow movement speed, slow attack speed, prevent certain types of attacks, prevent spells or give units a chance to miss on attacks. It's all up to you.

If unit comes withing range to dummy, then do --> set movement speed of triggering unit = movement speed of triggering unit - ***

When dummy removes, speed restores, if there is no other dummy near the triggering unit.

just how can i make it's slow ennemy into the mist/ cloud ? just ennemy and slow and not make them speedier

If you are using a dummy that is channeling the cloud ability, then you should be able to just modify the values in the object editor. Perhaps you would need to use negative values, in that case, hold down the "shift"-key and double-click on the "Movement Speed Modifier" field, and then you can enter negative values.

The cloud ability isn't just silence, it can be used to slow or cause units to miss as well, what if that is what he's looking for? Also, silence prevents units from casting spells for a set amount of time, while the cloud only prevents units within the cloud to cast spells, if they move out of the cloud they won't be silenced anymore.
