1. Never, and we will also never consider starting it even after we - if we - 100% complete Wc3:WoW's original version that doesn't include TBC etc.

2. Not sure what the citadels are.

3. They are in WoW, so they will be in Wc3:WoW. However, it'll take a LOT of teamwork, skill, and high level raids to do it successfully.
