No I mean the fact that each level of an upgrade has a different glow (Humans & Orcs have T2: blue, T3: orange-red; Undead has purple & orange-red; Night Elf has a few others).

If you're trying to make these things look like standard Warcraft 3 "racial combat" icon-sets, they'll need a consistent 'glow' added on.
