Cinematic goes off after it finishes

Hello it's Pekisa7. I've got a problem. I've tried to fix my cinematic at the end multiple times but it still goes after I've set in-cinematic equal false and when the cinematic is off Arthas is in the region where he is suposed to be but after he teleports back to the region where the cinematic starts. How do I fix that. Can someone help? Also here are the triggers:

Because you don't turn off the trigger, so it can proc multiple times as long as the Event and conditions are met. As long as Player 4 Owned Arthas enters ArthasDestroysGate, the trigger will fire.
Turned it off just now it still goes off after the cinematic is done.
 
Where do you turn it off? The "Turn off (this trigger)" should go at the start of the trigger before all the other actions.

That is strange, your saying the Cinematic triggers again after it finishes? Or that it runs multiple times after it ends?
It triggers again when the cinematic ends. Arthas teleports or goes back to the region where the cinematic starts.

Hey friend. I fixed it. It was a problem in my quest. I put run gate cinematic in my quest so the cinematic fired twice.
