Choppiness and Odd screen Freezes

Anyone else experiencing a huge decrease in the smoothness of warcraft 3? As well as sometimes everything will freeze except you, meaning you can type and do whatever, but your friends will seem locked in place and such, and you have to exit battle.net to correct it?

I know one other person besides me that's experiencing it, so I was curious.

It happens from time to time. Generally do not suffer from it though as that is internet traffic related.
