nice work! is it somewhat freehand?

Mixed media. Concept was 100% freehand, finished piece was a mixture of stockphotos, adjustments, tweaks, freehand and coffee. Would've probably easier if I had a graphic tablet to actually paint/draw ALL stuff I want to do...

Looks slightly blurry, though. At least those corner-things (top right corner of minimap and top left corner of ability space).

Not sure about the text over all of it but I thoroughly like the concept and how it looks. Have you considered adding any dimly "glowing" light strips perhaps?

That's a watermark. I'd like to add glow over the interface itself, but the engine is not made for this. Too bad, actually.

lol I feel a little on the silly side for not thinking of that. Well the glow would indeed be cool. Maybe try to make one of the corners darker so it looks like lights are shining on the interface to illuminate it and that the corner is not getting as much.
