Chat room scrolldown

In the chatroom, when somebody says something, the explorer immediately scrolls down to the bottom of the screen. I rather have this removed, because it often occours to me that I have to go away for a few minutes and when I come back, I can't watch the messages I missed, because it always scrolls down.
