Charged Shockwave?

Hey is there a Charged Shockwave trigger?
Example.. Tauren Chieftain is using the Charged Shockwave.. He raise his foot about 5 seconds then stomp it with a huge shockwave!
If you can make it can you tell me.. Thanks!
