searing arrows shockwave

hey guys i need a shockwave based on searing arrows doesnt need to be a hero skill and something wich would be nice is if the cooldown of the shockwave is equal to the cooldown of the main attack but doesnt need to be :)

im pretty new to mapping but i guess you guys can do this in some minutes(becouse of time opening the wc3 editor :p)
