Charge Ability/Trigger

Hey guys, atm im needing a ability where your hero charges the enemy.

So basically, it takes 3 seconds for the unit to cast the ability and automatically moves to the enemy and strikes him with Damage, and the hero would have a lightning effect in his left hand, also, when charging, your hero will be able to get over terrian, after the charge and damage is done, the lightning effect will be removed from his left hand, the range of this ability should only be 1200.
