Chapter 12: A Grave Mistake
What seemed like years had passed since the meeting with the lord of the underworld and the God of Death was starting to show signs of corruption. He hated all the creations on arcarius because they were all immortal and to peaceful so there was never any violence or death. He consulted the other gods about creating a race which would kill everything in sight so that he could be entertained by something. The other gods completely disagreed and would not have a race like this they told him that they were not around to be entertained but to create life.
The god of death became infuriated and thought to himself that the others were fools to think that he was stupid in asking for something that would have no effect on themselves. So he went ahead and created another race, the orcs.
The orcs were the most brutal race ever to be seen, they varied from green to brown and had two large fang like teeth. They ate mainly meat and would drink a mixture of blood and water with some special weeds in it. There beliefs varied between the different clans but they all believe a demon named Dorgaroth created them. They are smart in the ways of craft and created a lot of war machines. The orcs burn the forests around them and create lumber mills to chop up the wood for creating their camps and weapons.
The other races have not seen these creatures but there have been rumours travelling through the races of strange deaths and burnt trees.
