shiiK: Lacking in freehand content and the quality is low.
I suggest using GIMP for making skins, it is free.
Use the Texturing & Surfacing board to show off your work and receive feedback on it.

So yes. please work hard on your skins. make it at least 75% freehand, Or they will be rejected. Read some tutorials while your at it. Ty
