I want that you remove those so that every texture and material only exist once in your model.

And you might even should try to merge those geosets that are using the same material (at least for the shoulders and the shield)

General Frank: Changed are NOT done and the model is hereby rejected.
 
While appearance wise on first glance it looks "okay", I can't really personally see the reason to have a shield without utilizing it in some way.

Most, if not all the animations, have clipping in some way, which is very distracting to me. Whether it be in terms of the attack anims, the spell anim, the walking anim, even the standing anim has clipping in some way.

While this could be useful to some people, I could also see it become confusing in terms of where and how it could be implemented without it looking like a slightly above average orc.
