Changing the 'Hero Abilities' text

Hi there, could anyone please tell me where to (if even possible) I could change the text 'Hero Abilities' and its tooltip? I've been looking through the Game Interface several times and also tried searching on the forum etc but I'm getting no results.

If you didn't get what I mean here's a picture of what I would like to change:

Not sure about that text but if you go to Advanced>Game Interface, those are about all the game text that you could modify. If its not there then pretty much the answer would be, "you probably cant change it."
