For my map i created an upgrade for one of the units, I managed to change all the important values, but I'm not able to change the model of the unit.

changing model when upgrade

Honestly i can't give ya an answer becuase i haven't had enough time with the editor, but perhaps this will help you. You know how theres the cargo upgrade for terran bunkers well thats an upgrade and it does change the model so maybe if you looked into that a little bit you can find your anwser.
