I created new units and set the models of parts to them because i need to rotate them. And the problem is how do I change the height of units ? I was trying CTRL + Pg up/dn but it doesn't work for units. Thanks for help.

I would recommend making the models doodads. Just set the fixed rotation to -1 and set the pathing map to NONE. Now you may rotate, raise, lower, resize, etc to your heart's content

Thanks for all responses. I used pitch and roll but is there way to change the pitch and roll without involuntary rotating when the doodad is placed on raised terrain ? I mean how do I place the doodad on hill with custom pitch and roll without pitch or roll changing while the doodad is on a hill ?

If you don't want the doodad to pitch or roll while on a hill you have to set it to 0. If you are talking about setting it to a negative number and placing it on a hill, then I'm afraid it is much more tricky. The angle it will be set at is determined by the angle of the ground. so your best bet would be to place it where you want and play around with the pitch and roll angles until it sits the way you want it. As far as I know you will just need to use a lot of trial and error. You may need to move it slightly each time you change the pitch and roll angles before the change is applied as well (I can't remember for certain)
