Change Unit Availability via upgrades doesn't work on buildings

Tested: Barracks requires Improved Masonry.

Works jolly fine on my end.
You don't understand. For example take Troll Berserker upgrade - it disables availability of Troll Headhunter and enables Troll Berserker (this is set up in the settings of the upgrade in Object Editor) - and then try it with a building, to disable, for example, Farm and enable Barracks, and you'll see it doesn't work on buildings.
