change size of map

This is has probably been said before, but ive googled and used the search for it, cant find any real help.
How do i change the size of a map, AFTER ive finnished it, I dont care about the terrain, I can make that all again.
Or is there a faster way to export all custom units/items/triggers.

and I think WEU enchancer and NewGen does import/export thing

thanks, also, my world editor doesnt have any 'import' button, is there a different world editor for ROC and TFT?

yes ROC editor doesnt have importer
TFT editor does
ROC editor doesnt have LOTS of things
TFT editor does
get a TFT (or download like I did)
