Scenario > Map Loading Screen.
And change the Loading Screen Graphic to: Use Campaing Screen(If you want a Blizzard map screen) or to Use Imported File(to use a custom one)

You can refer to http://world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/minimap.php for minimap of your game.
However, I dont know how to show it on epicwar.com. People can see nice minimap when selecting the map and loading it but dont see it on epicwar. If you use war3mapMap.blp then the ingame minimap will be changed aswell. So, is there anybody know how to show the custom minimap on epicwar.com? Tell me how to do this.
