WELL there are several places you can get one, but the main area I suggest would be the SKINS section of this website. There should be a few there... but not many, you could also look on wc3 campaigns (the other big wc3 modding site)...

And perhaps you could go to the "request" forum on this site... And ask for that kind of Ground Texture there. I don't think there is one on this site yet. The only other thing I could request would be turning a big picture of a night sky into a .blp file and putting it onto a model, so you could use it as a "dummy ground", but this is probably to complicated.
