Change movement type

Hi. I was wondering if there is a way to change the movement type ingame?

Like this:
Event: A unit enters region
Condition: Something
Action: Change unit movement type to Flying

If Someone whuld help me with this id be so happy.

nope, or well with either chaos or replacing the unit it would work
