[Need Info] Catalog modifying unit ability.

So I've come to learn that you can modify units and abilities via. triggers with Catalogs - as Dr. Super Good has told me about (thanks!)

But I cannot find out how to modify the ability of a specific unit. Is there a way or do you have to use Upgrades?
