To use a custom loading screen, you need to download War3 model editor, find the image you want, save it as a .tga file, open it using war3 model editor, but under 'Extras' -> 'Loading Screen'. Then there you can choose your file and generate a blp file. Open the blp file in that window, then click ok and save the project as an .mdl. Afterwards import both mdl and blp files, and remove the beginning of the blp's path. And then just choose the mdl as the loading screen.
