Caster System

Hi. I Downloaded a map called spellmap III and it said to import the spells i need the caster system. It said if I went to http://www.wc3campaigns.com/forumdisplay.php?f=534
then i could download the caster system. But every time i try it says ""this page cannont be displayed"". Where can I get this caster system and why doesnt the site work???

wc3campaigns' server is down, or rather death.

The solution? wait till it is fixed. If it isn't fixed till tomorrow I might upload it here if I have the time
