[Trigger] Capture buildings...and shit

So my strategy map's income system is based on that Town Hall-categorized buildings make income every 60.00 seconds, so i have made many neutral cities and towns around the world to conquer. So i need a trigger that when the building's life goes beneath 200, it changes colour and team in to the attacking guy's team.
