Building Ability

Guys just need a little help here ..
What trigger should i set to make
buildings use my custom ability and buy new upgrades ..

Since I'm making a melee map ..
when i play it with AI .. it will use the building or town hall that i've made
and also buy new upgrades ..

• Unit - Issue 'your building' to upgrade 'your upgrade' (upgrade order)

for ability

• Unit - Issue 'your building' to 'your abil' (with no target/targeting a unit/targeting a point)
