That portrait hid the models face. Because the face was like 2 polys and 5 pixels lol.
It sounds like more effort than I can muster. Especially when people are generally biased in favor of the original or official version of something.

The heads are roughly same size as the Ujimasa Hojo model I took it from, so I wash my hands of that somewhat. I admit it's a little weird for the mounted ranger to be larger than the foot one, though.

Edits of edits with "minimal changes". At least you optimized them, that's not too minimal. Tested and Works in-game. I dont like that in Death the rider jerks twice but meh.
