Can't get current orders in Script

My condition check for the current order of the target straight up refuses to work and I do not know why.
I've tried both of these;

if(GetUnitCurrentOrder(Targ) == 851993) then
call DisplayTextToForce( GetPlayersAll(), "WORKDAMNIT")
endif
if(GetUnitCurrentOrder(Targ) == String2OrderIdBJ("holdposition")) then
call DisplayTextToForce( GetPlayersAll(), "WORKTWOSIES")
endif

I found that GetUnitCurrentOrder returns 0 for Hold position and Stop
Don't know why, maybe using order tracking to get current order(or more specifically, last given order)
