Hi! I... can't find the condition that says "Hero/Unit - Hero/Unit has specific skill". But take a note - i search for the condition that says "specific SKILL", not "specific BUFF". I am not actually sure that this condition exists, but...

Try testing GetUnitAbilityLevel against non-zero values.
