Cant change time in WE

Hallo,
I use newgen WE4d and cant change the time ...
under data --> options you can normally set WE time morning midday night etc but it dont work for me ... someone knows this problem? and can help

It doesn't work ingame or in WE? If ingame, then just make action in initialization trigger where you set time of day to desired one.
