Cannon head

I'm building a space map. For my compound ship system, i need the models for turrets. What i'm thinking of is the model of the cannon turret, but with only the rotating part. I want the remainder of it cut out, and the bottom of the model to be the bottom of the head. I also need similar turrets for things like missiles, and machine guns, and laser cannons, stuff like that if any modeler would like to give it their own personal touch. +rep and map credits to anyone who does this.
