Can someone help me make a trigger that activates upon evasion?

I need to make a trigger that makes my hero blink away, when its evasion is activated. Can someone tell me how to make triggers based on activating chance passive spells?

It's imposible the way you describe it.

To reach your goal, you'll have to trigger the whole evasion. I'm pretty sure it's best to do this in JASS.

Unfortunately, i do not have the required skills to trigger this one, JASS or not.

I dun really undersand. u mean if unit attack those unit it has a percent to blink short distance away to make it miss on attack?
