can some create this model for me

can u help me make a a blood mage in black(the cape) and holding a skull head staff(very long staff) and the face of the blood mage look like the death knights skin color,and wit wings but one side a angel wing and the other demon wing(not like illidans wings).oh one more thing i think if ur gonna make it u should use a model of priest or furion to make it easier to make
