Hello community, I'm an old school mapmaker and I'd like to use an icon from the W3 World Editor on my java application.

The java app I'm creating is an educational software, completelly unrelated to warcraft or blizzard's games, with simple interface (it's basically a calculator with multiple layouts), I would like to use the "upgrade lumber" icon from the lumber mill unit in the title screen and positioned in some places along the app interface. The app won't have any commercial gains.

Problem is, I don't know what are the legal implications, can I freely use the icon, do I have to credit them, and how?I already read the legal pages on Blizzard but something this specific isn't clearly mentioned.

Thanks in advance.

I'm currently searching it, I need something that resembles this:

Or the texture of wood in general. The wc3 lumber upgrade icon was perfect! :(
