I am hesitating between playing Reforged or Classic war3
Reforged has better skin but worse animation and some spell/buff/ magic is worse too
Classic, all is better, but has old worse skin, especially some female unit

So I really want to add some female unit from Reforged into Classic and play Classic

I find no reason to play Reforged

Classic graphics will not load Reforged models, this is a deliberate license lock decision. Older, "classic" versions of Warcraft III will not load Reforged models because the format was invented after the version released.

Of cause, you could always port Reforged models to be classic models. This is non-trivial to do and may require significant manual touch up to work around unsupported features.

Reforged textures should just work as classic textures, but it is unlikely any classic models share the same wrapping. Reforged textures also will not look very good with classic graphics because of the loss of information from layer count reduction. To properly port Reforged textures to Classic graphics, you would need to bake in the normal, material and emissive layers on to the diffuse texture layer available to classic.
