Everyone is allowed to judge, as long they show some proof of experience in the area they are likely to judge, along with a sample of their reviewing capabilities.

If you have not judged in the past, you will have to send a message to the Arena moderator(s) and express your desire that you want to judge.
The Arena moderator(s) will provide you with a relative piece of work, which you will have to deliver a review for.

Criteria that will be judged from your review include:

  • Persistence in detailed analysis.
  • References that support your arguments and not generic statements.
  • A thorough plan that demonstrates the way of distributing the scores.
  • Time management (although prematurely accounted, it will still be counted).
  • Constructive criticism: What would you do instead?
After you are given permission to judge, you can start reviewing for contests. When you have reviewed at least 10 times for contests, you will be given the following award, as a symbol of gratitude for your services in the Arena:

Award
The Emblem of the Golden Dragon
