Can anyone voice act like this?

I am starting on a cinematic project and I am looking for someone who can voice act and can sound as close as possible to the sample below.

I guess you can audition or something but we will talk about that later.

Here is a few, I have done. Sorry bust I was had watch some Irish/Scottish movies for most of them of them.

VA 2 I think would work the best but needs some improvement. It would be better if it was like more calm and with an English accent instead of the Scottish/Irish.
