Campaign Loading page request

Hello, could somebody please make a campaign main page for me please!!! It's for my Troll campaign prodject.(will release on Hive but i'm doing a french version first, then i'll do English....)
Basicly, I would like something like a Troll HeadHunter or an Ice Troll standing in the snow like the loading page for the undead campaign in TFT without the Icecrown Glacier of course.......Thank you.
(of course, credits will be given).

What i meen is the page where you can see the list of missios.......You know like for the undead in RoC it's a Lich.....

Oh, ok. Sorry, but I dont know how to make those since they are animated.
